Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the Fohle platform, mobile applications, and recruitment services. Fohle is a brand operated by DeediX Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria. This policy is designed to protect our users including international nurse applicants, healthcare partners, and our staff from security breaches, fraud, and abusive behavior.
Account Security and Access
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Fohle account login credentials. You must not share your account access with third parties or allow unauthorized individuals to use the platform on your behalf. Any suspected unauthorized use must be reported to us immediately.
Document and Credential Integrity
As a regulated nurse recruitment infrastructure, document authenticity is paramount. You are strictly prohibited from uploading forged, altered, or fraudulent credentials, including but not limited to nursing degrees, professional licenses, language certifications (e.g., Goethe, ÖSD, Telc), identity papers, or work references. Submission of falsified records will result in an immediate platform ban and reporting to relevant licensing boards and immigration authorities.
Prohibited Platform Activities
You agree not to modify, disrupt, or exploit any portion of the Fohle platform. Prohibited activities include scraping user data, using automated bots to register profiles or scrape job listings, reverse-engineering our verification systems, or bypassing platform restrictions to directly contact German partner hospitals outside of our coordinated workflows.
Communication and Professionalism
Fohle facilitates direct paths between qualified talent and premium healthcare systems. All interactions on our platform, community spaces, and interview modules must remain strictly professional. Defamatory, harassing, abusive, racist, or discriminatory communication toward Fohle staff, consultants, or partner hospital representatives will lead to immediate service termination.
System Performance and Security
You must not intentionally introduce malware, ransomware, logic bombs, or any malicious code engineered to degrade or destroy platform infrastructure. Executing Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or intentionally stressing our database limits via concurrent simulated actions is strictly illegal.
Enforcement and Policy Violations
We reserve the sole right to investigate violations of this policy. Breach of these guidelines may result in temporary profile suspension, permanent deletion of your application history, forfeiture of non-refundable fees, and targeted IP address blocking. Where necessary, legal actions will be pursued under applicable jurisdictional frameworks.
