Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Fohle platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including nurses, applicants and visitors.
Who We Are
Fohle is a nurse recruitment brand operated by DeediX Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria. References to "Fohle", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to DeediX Technologies Ltd operating under the Fohle brand. Any agreement formed under these terms is an agreement between you and DeediX Technologies Ltd.
Our Services
Fohle provides nurse recruitment services to help qualified nurses secure employment in Germany. Our services include consultation, application management, document support, hospital matching, interview coordination and visa guidance. Premium tier users also receive settling-in support.
Consultation Fee
The consultation fee is 50 EUR or 70,000 NGN for a 30-minute session. This fee is non-refundable as it covers the time and expertise of our team regardless of the outcome of the consultation. Payments are made to DeediX Technologies Ltd via our listed payment channels, including bank transfer to our registered Nigerian business account.
Application and Tier Fees
Tier fees are agreed and paid upon submission of your application. All fees are clearly stated before payment is made. By paying, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these terms and the full contract presented at the point of payment. All payments are received by DeediX Technologies Ltd, the registered company operating the Fohle platform.
Refund Policy
If your visa is denied after completing the full process, you are entitled to a partial refund as defined in your individual contract. If all partner hospitals decline your profile, you are entitled to a higher partial refund. The exact amounts are stated in your contract. No refund applies to the consultation fee or in cases of misrepresentation of qualifications or documents. Refunds are issued by DeediX Technologies Ltd via the original payment method where possible.
Your Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, truthful information throughout your application. Any misrepresentation of qualifications, documents or identity will result in immediate termination of your application without refund. You are responsible for meeting the language requirements and maintaining valid professional registration.
Our Responsibilities
We commit to reviewing your application fairly, presenting your profile to partner hospitals and keeping you informed at every stage. We cannot guarantee a placement or visa approval as these decisions rest with partner hospitals and German immigration authorities.
Data and Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Fohle, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Fohle platform including text, design, logos and software is the property of DeediX Technologies and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Neither Fohle nor DeediX Technologies is liable for decisions made by partner hospitals or German immigration authorities. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide as described in these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Fohle platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes affect active applications, we will notify you directly. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
