Fohle is a brand operated by DeediX Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria. References to "Fohle", "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to DeediX Technologies Ltd operating under the Fohle brand.

We collect personal information you provide when creating an account, completing your application, uploading documents and communicating with our team. This includes your name, email address, phone number, professional qualifications, work history, identity documents and payment details.

We use your data to process your application, match you with partner hospitals, communicate with you about your progress and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
How We Store and Protect Your Data
Your documents are stored in a private, encrypted cloud storage environment and are never publicly accessible. Sensitive communications on our platform are encrypted at rest. We apply industry-standard security measures including secure access controls and regular security reviews.
Your Rights

Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your engagement with Fohle and for up to five years after the conclusion of your application, in line with our legal and contractual obligations. Audit logs are retained for seven years.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) for users in Nigeria. Where these regulations differ, we apply the stricter standard.
